Where is the powdered milk?

Vienar Roaks, former babysitter, founder and idea provider of. Twistshake, observed that baby food and especially powdered milk is everywhere but where it belongs. Spilled powder on the way through the narrow bottle opening, stubborn lumps when dissolving in water and a spill when cleaning - baby's hunger leads many adults into dicey situations. Everyday life then usually has nothing in common with playful twist.

There are moments that are more haunting in their banality and touch us more deeply than we thought. One warm summer's day, when a strange mother on the road again showed Vienar Roaks the struggle with the bottle, the idea of the new milk bottle took shape. A wider neck. A mixing grid inside, plus stackable containers with portioned milk powder in close proximity - that was his solution.

...and where is Twistshake?

An understanding industrial designer, Camillo Eriksson, needed one night for the first drawing. That was in 2014 in Västerås, Sweden. The company produces in China and now exports to over 40 countries. In the German-speaking countries Twistshake known less so far. "I thought the bottle was so smart that it would sell itself," says its inventor. In fact, the marketing is based on social media. Convinced consumers recommend the products to their followers. In Sweden and Spain, the main sales markets, this works particularly well.

The product range: everything to do with food.

It didn't stop with the milk bottle - but with the direction. At Twistshake you can get everything to do with food. Non-slip menu plates, sippy cups, stylish squeeze pouches for filling home-cooked food, - Twistshake accompanies baby's development towards independence. The high-quality, naturally BPA-free material appeals to baby's senses, such as the teat, whose lower part particularly skilfully imitates the breast. So the products quickly become an everyday favourite.
