Returns & Exchanges
You have the option of returning all or part of your order to us for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please follow the instructions below to return items.
The following items are not returnable or exchangeable:
- Used, defective and damaged items.
- Items that are no longer in perfect original packaging.
- Articles that have been manufactured on behalf of the customer or have been specially ordered for this customer.
- Articles, in particular care products, breastfeeding & nutrition products and nuggies, if the original packaging has been opened.
- Incomplete articles (missing components and packaging, etc.)
- Articles from the SALE category
Refunds:
- Credit notes will be refunded to you in the same form.
- If you have ordered by invoice, you will receive a credit note which can be deducted.
- Shipping costs will never be refunded for returns and exchanges.
- Credit notes are not paid out. In this case, the customer will receive a voucher.
Shipping charges for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure a smooth return process, please complete the return form below. In case of exchange, please order the new item in the online shop.
Return form
Here you can easily create a return slip with a parcel stamp for the return of your goods. Simply enter your order number and the email address used for the order.
