Sangenic is a brand manufacturer of baby products and, along with Playgro and Tommee Tippee, is the own brand of Rotho Babydesign GmbH. The design and production of nappy bins form Sangenic's core business. The declared aim is to significantly simplify the process of disposing of used nappies. To this end, the bin is equipped with germ-killing, refillable cassettes that are intended to allow the disposed disposable products to be stored for longer periods of time without annoying odours. The core competence of Rotho Babydesign products are products made of plastic.
The two German offshoots of Rotho Kunststoff AG, which is based in the Swiss canton of Aargau, are independent sister companies at the two locations in Görwihl in Baden-Württemberg and Wadern-Nunkirchen in the Saarland and are responsible for the production, development and distribution of new materials and production processes in the plastics sector.
