The Primo Foldable Plus scooter is a 3-wheel scooter with LED illuminated wheels, a patented folding system, a 4-way height-adjustable T-bar and a patented steering lock system. It has all the functions required to effectively train the child's balance and coordination. The scooter has a set of battery-free LED front wheels with lights that give the scooter bright colours - the higher the speed, the brighter they light up. The front wheels are fixed in a vertical back and forth motion, allowing the child to practise balance and gain confidence.
