Economy delivery is free of charge from a purchase value of CHF 99.00.
Up to a purchase value of CHF 99.00, economy delivery costs CHF 6.90
Priority deliveries always cost CHF 8.90

You can find the respective stock levels for each product in the product view.
These data correspond 1:1 to the stock in our warehouse.
Any items that are in stock will be processed and shipped on Monday until 15:00 and on Tuesday-Friday until 16:00 on the same day if all items of an order are in stock or partial delivery is selected.
These parcels will be delivered the next working day for Priority shipping and after 2-3 working days for Economy shipping.
On Saturdays, Swiss Post only delivers orders with Saturday delivery. Swiss Post does not make deliveries or collections on Sundays or public holidays.
Orders placed with evening delivery will be delivered by the post office the next working day between 17:00 and 20:00.
Please note that we are not liable for incorrect or late deliveries by Swiss Post.
Parcels are sent by Swiss Post. Larger furniture will be delivered to your door. (Storey delivery for children's rooms in stock)
You are not at home when the delivery arrives?
The post office will leave a pick-up slip. You have 7 days from this date to collect your parcel at the post office counter.
Items that cannot be delivered immediately will be delivered as soon as possible.
You will always be informed of the expected delivery date.
Once you have been informed of the delivery date, you can cancel the article or the entire order at any time if the delivery takes too long.

Damage in transit
Damage to a parcel received must be reported to the customer service of 4mybaby AG immediately or no later than 8 days after delivery and the damaged consignment (entire contents in the original packaging, with all cushioning material and all address and barcode stickers) handed over to the delivery carrier or the nearest post office for the damage to be recorded and returned.
You will then immediately receive a replacement delivery of the goods.
