Sun protection

Gentle sun protection for babies: Tips and tricks for safe sunbathing.

Enjoying your first holiday with your baby or a sunny afternoon in the garden. As your baby's skin is still particularly sensitive, mum needs to take extra care to protect it.
After just a few minutes, your child can get sunburnt, as their skin is much thinner than that of an adult. In children, even a slight sunburn can cause severe burns and have long-term consequences. If possible, stay at home with your baby between 11:00 and 15:00. This is when the sun is at its strongest.
Even when temperatures are still cool, remember to protect your baby's skin well. Sun creams for babies are specially developed for delicate and sensitive skin and offer a high sun protection factor. They do not contain alcohol or perfume and are therefore well tolerated by the skin.
Remember to apply the sunscreen 20 minutes before leaving the house and to repeat this regularly.
