BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray®, the only multifunctional spray with the additive TURBOLINE, guarantees a high capillary effect and best yield (100 - 120 m2/l). BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® is sprayed on metallic surfaces, displaces water and protects against moisture as well as aggressive environmental influences such as acid atmosphere, flue gas vapours etc.. The application of BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® forms an invisible, compact, non-hardening 1 - 2 my thick corrosion protection film that provides reliable protection. BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® can easily be removed with cleaning agents (surfactants).
Lubricant
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® is a long-term lubricant due to a balanced mixture of hydrocarbons with the additive TURBOLINE.
Penetrating oil / rust remover
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® is a multi-component lubricating oil which has excellent creeping properties. Due to its capillary effect, it is able to penetrate into the finest hairline cracks and gaps and, for example, loosen stuck screws within a short time. It removes flash rust and loosens caked mechanisms.
Corrosion protection agent
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® guarantees complete corrosion protection as well as cavity preservation. The hydrocarbon mix responsible ensures both a coherent protective film and the necessary layer thickness to displace any moisture. It can be used as a dehydrating agent in or after the production process. Is an excellent corrosion protection for bulk parts that are in a pour. It forms a clear, invisible, non-hardening film that in most cases does not need to be removed (exception; painting). This film provides temporary protection against corrosion (approx. 12 months indoor) and has a dirt-repellent effect.
Cleaning agents
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® creeps under and dissolves mineral as well as organic dirt, so that stains of (almost) all kinds (e.g. tar, soot, brake dust, adhesive residues etc.) can be easily removed. It is a non-abrasive cleaning agent and also removes cooling lubricant residues. Neutralises hand sweat, also protects aluminium, copper, brass, chromium-plated and galvanised sheet metal and stainless steel. The protective film that forms leaves an effective grip protection against fingerprints. Suitable as a re-greasing cleaner for metal surfaces, especially aluminium, chrome and stainless steel.
Contact spray
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® has a very low surface tension and a corresponding adhesion to metals, so that creeping currents are prevented and penetrated moisture is immediately displaced. It must not be sprayed into live installations or equipment. The very high dielectric strength (UD=45KV/cm) allows the application even in very sensitive (high resistance) circuits. This property is particularly useful for electrical contacts: - Short circuits can be eliminated and prevented. - Ignition problems caused by moisture can be eliminated, e.g. in vehicles, lawn mowers, etc. . - For moisture displacement in switchgear, relays, automatic machines, etc. . - As corrosion protection for electrical contacts in low and extra-low voltage technology and for cleaning them.
