Baby hearing protection
Noise causes stress and can damage hearing. In the worst case, there is a risk of hearing loss. Perhaps you know the effect of noise on the organism from your own experience. Babies have even more sensitive hearing than adults because they are still developing. So you should not expose your baby to too loud a noise. However, there are events you might want to take your baby to: Folk festivals, weddings or sporting events. The solution is baby hearing protection. With this hearing protection, your baby will have peace and quiet and can still follow the hustle and bustle. When your baby gets tired, he or she can fall asleep in the pram or baby carrier.
Baby hearing protection: structure and special features
The hearing protection is reminiscent of ear warmers: a shell lies on each ear. These two shells are connected by an elastic headband. Since manufacturers call the shells capsules, this type of hearing protection is also called capsule hearing protection. The capsules lie over the entire auricle of your baby's ear and are padded on the contact surface. The earpiece is also padded. This means that the hearing protection does not pinch or press and your baby can wear the protection comfortably for a longer period of time. You can adjust the size by sliding the two capsules on the frame. The respective setting locks into place and thus does not slip again. Instead of a headband, some manufacturers use a headband. This means that you put a headband on your baby, on which there are two ear muffs.
